Job summary

Tailwater Lodge in New York is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team. You will prepare and plate high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment and work closely with the culinary team to deliver exceptional meals in a scenic setting.

The role requires a hands-on approach, strong communication, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Weekend and holiday availability is expected as part of a dedicated hospitality team.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of full-service restaurant experience.
• Experience with scratch cooking.
• Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.
• Team player with solid communication skills.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
