Tailwater Lodge in New York’s Salmon River setting is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team at this Hilton Tapestry property. You will prepare and present high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment, maintain a clean, safe workspace, and collaborate closely with the culinary team to deliver exceptional meals.

We value a strong work ethic, scratch-cooking experience, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-service restaurant experience.
• Experience with scratch cooking.
• Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
