Redbird Restaurant is looking for a Line Cook to join our team. The specific station will depend on your skill and fit. We have a talented team of three chefs and experienced line cooks who will assist you in getting started. Please email us your resume and letters of recommendation.
Compensation: Hourly ($17.28 - $20.00)
Chef Neal Fraser’s modern American cuisine is refined yet approachable, highlighting the multicultural influences of Los Angeles. The menu features seasonal small and large plates, ranging from snacks or “kickshaws” to entrees meant to be shared. The bar offers an extensive cocktail menu by Julian Cox and Tobin Shea, with well-balanced, bespoke classics. Sommelier Ben Teig curates an eclectic wine list focused on Burgundy, Bordeaux, and California wines, emphasizing aged and affordable options.
Located in downtown Los Angeles, Redbird is housed in a historic building—the former Vibiana cathedral. The space, designed by Robert Weimer and Amy Knoll Fraser, pays homage to its architectural heritage with modern touches, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
