Hilton Los Angeles Airport is located off I-405, near SoFi Stadium, the Intuit Dome, and The Forum, all within three miles. Manhattan Beach and Santa Monica Pier are within 13 miles. We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join our team!

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience working on the hot line in a restaurant or hotel setting, can thrive in a fast-paced environment, and has open availability, including weekends and holidays. Shifts are typically in the evening, but flexibility is required. Hotel experience is a plus!

As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing, maintaining, and monitoring quality control for hot food items to ensure outstanding service and profitability. Your responsibilities include:

1. Preparing and monitoring quality control for hot food items such as meats, fish, poultry, sauces, stocks, and seasonings.
2. Cooking food according to recipes and quality standards.
3. Preparing guest orders efficiently and courteously.
4. Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to food sanitation standards.
5. Inspecting all outgoing food to ensure presentation and quality.
6. Following proper food handling and storage procedures as per regulations.

The hourly rate is $26.41, commensurate with experience and location.
