A Cook is responsible for preparing food items in accordance with recipes and established standards to ensure the hotel's commitment to outstanding service and financial success.

What will I be doing?

As a Cook, your responsibilities include:

1. Preparing food according to recipes and quality standards
2. Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to food sanitation standards
3. Managing guest orders efficiently and courteously
4. Having thorough knowledge of the menu and food products
5. Stocking and maintaining designated food stations
6. Inspecting all food sent from the kitchen visually
7. Following proper food handling and storage procedures as per regulations
8. Preparing requisitions for supplies and food items when needed
