Range: $18.34-$22.12

Red Robin isn’t your typical burger restaurant. We’re a team filled with unbridled energy, magnetic personalities, and a passion for having fun!

Responsibilities:

• Preparing food according to Red Robin standards, including cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking various meals such as meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and other ingredients.
• Maintaining safe food handling and cleanliness to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.

You will be keeping Guests worry-free by adhering to safe food handling and cleanliness rules. In addition to base pay, you will also receive a free meal each shift.

• Other Compensation: Referral Bonus, Employee Stock Purchase Program (after 1+ years of service, must have 20+ hours/week)

• Retirement Benefits: 401(k) plan with company match up to 4% (must be 21+, after 1+ years of service, and 1,000+ hours/year)
