Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a qualified Community Manager with tax credit experience to join our team in Utah. Under the Regional Manager, you will support all community operations and supervise associates while ensuring LIHTC compliance and strong leasing standards.

You will lead marketing, leasing paperwork, renewal strategies, delinquency management, and reporting. The role emphasizes efficiency, profitability, and resident engagement across communities nationwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as onsite Community Manager or Asst. Manager in multi-family housing, hospitality, or similar.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degrees/certs preferred.
• CAM/ARM, HCCP, COS designations preferred for LIHTC experience.
• LIHTC familiarity and valid driver's license required; English communication essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all community associates.
• Ensure property follows tax credit requirements.
• Support and participate in customer service and leasing standards.
• Respond to resident requests promptly and courteously.
• Direct all marketing efforts.
• Prepare paperwork for new and renewal leases.
• Determine lease renewal rates and deliver renewal letters.
• Recommend rental rate adjustments to increase activity.
• Review resident files and collect delinquencies; enforce lease.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports and related documents.
• Organize resident activities; maintain loyalty and retention programs.
• Identify improvements to boost efficiency, productivity and profitability.
• Research competition quarterly to align rents and concessions.
• Collect, post, and deposit rents and other income daily.
• Lead budgeting of occupancy, collections, and expenses.
