Job summary

Peak Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager with LIHTC experience to support operations at our Utah communities. Under the Community Manager, you will help supervise staff, handle leasing, and ensure tax credit compliance through audits and reporting.

You will assist in marketing, lease paperwork, rent collections, and resident retention initiatives while coordinating daily tasks to maintain smooth community operations.

Responsibilities

• Support Community Manager in supervising community associates.
• Assist in customer service and leasing activities.
• Ensure tax credit compliance through training, audits, inspections, and reporting.
• Assist leasing and marketing efforts and prepare new/renewal leases.
• Review resident files and accounting records to determine unpaid and/or late fees, communicate with residents, and enforce the lease.
• Assist in resident loyalty and retention initiatives.
• Organize daily work and community operations.
• Collect, post, and deposit rents and other community income.
• Support budgeting metrics such as occupancy and collections.
