Job summary

Peak Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager with LIHTC experience to join our team. Under the Community Manager, you will support operations, supervise staff, and help drive leasing and customer service across communities.

You will ensure LIHTC compliance through training, audits, and reporting, while supporting leasing efforts and resident retention. The role requires strong English communication and a collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years as an onsite Assistant Community Manager or Leasing Consultant in multi-family housing or related fields.
• 1 year of LIHTC experience.
• HCCP and COS designations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager in supervising all community staff.
• Support customer service and leasing activities.
• Ensure LIHTC compliance through training, audits, inspections and reporting.
• Assist leasing and marketing efforts and prepare leases.
