Job summary

Peak Living is currently seeking an Assistant Community Manager with tax credit experience to join our team in Utah. Under the direction of the Community Manager, you will support operations, leasing, audits, and reporting to ensure compliance and excellent resident service.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in onsite management or leasing, 1 year in LIHTC communities, and English communication proficiency. HCCP and COS designations are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as onsite Assistant Community Manager or Leasing Consultant.
• 1 year LIHTC experience required.
• HCCP and COS preferred.
• Must communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Community Manager in supervising all community associates.
• Supports leasing, customer service, and marketing efforts.
• Ensure LIHTC requirements are met through training, audits, inspections, and reporting.
• Assist in preparing paperwork for new and renewal leases.
• Review resident files and accounting records for unpaid balances and delinquencies.
• Assist in resident loyalty and retention initiatives.
• Organize daily work and community operations.
• Collect, post, and deposit rents and security deposits.
