Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) seeks a Compliance Director to oversee the compliance team and program, ensuring LIHTC and HUD-related regulatory adherence across properties. Travel may be required to support audits and trainings.

The role emphasizes accuracy, independent work, and leadership in the compliance function, with a strong focus on affordable housing programs and regulatory interpretation.

Qualifications

• Experience processing LIHTC (Section 42) paperwork.
• Knowledge of HUD/Section 8, 202 or 811 programs a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance team and conduct audits as needed.
• Interpret regulatory agreements and prepare rent schedules.
• Review reports for city/monitoring agencies and respond to audits.
• Coordinate Pre-MOR and Pre-CTCAC audits and document updates.
