Job summary

Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Compliance Specialist to ensure adherence to LIHTC, HUD, and related housing rules across properties. You will work with on-site and corporate staff, perform audits, manage compliance reporting, and coordinate with Local Housing Authority staff. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• LIHTC (Section 42) certification paperwork experience
• Experience with HUD, Section 8, 202 and/or 811 programs a plus
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with on-site and corporate staff to ensure regulatory compliance
• Conduct audits and implement solutions to maintain compliance
• Enter data timely into compliance reporting systems
• Coordinate with Local Housing Authority and State Agency staff on audits and reports
