Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Compliance Director to oversee the compliance team and program, ensuring LIHTC/Section 42 compliance across properties. The role requires leadership of compliance duties and travel based on business needs.

Responsibilities include trainings, audits, regulatory interpretation, and reporting to city/monitoring agencies, with a focus on maintaining accurate records for affordable housing programs and ensuring adherence to HUD/Section 8, 202, and

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance team; travel as needed.
• Conduct affordable trainings.
• Interpret regulatory agreements.
• Generate/approve rent schedules.
• Lead Pre-MOR and Pre-CTCAC audits.
• Approve reports to city/monitoring agencies.
• Review moves-ins/denials.
• Implement affordable documents.
• Update CTCAC forms.
• Monitor PSRs.
• Review corrections/responses for audits.
• Track property data with managers.
• Monitor performance of affordable communities.
