Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Compliance Director to oversee the compliance team and program, ensuring adherence to LIHTC rules and HUD/Tax Credit regulations. The role requires leadership of a compliance staff, and frequent travel based on business needs.

Responsibilities include coordinating trainings, interpreting agreements, generating rent schedules, audits, and ensuring accurate reporting to agencies and city monitors across our portfolio.

Qualifications

• LIHTC/42 certification knowledge required.
• Experience with HUD and Section 8 programs helpful.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Oversee a team of compliance managers and perform duties; travel as needed.
• Conduct all affordable trainings.
• Interpret regulatory agreements and generate rent schedules.
