Job summary

Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is hiring a Compliance Specialist to ensure LIHTC and HUD/Section 8 compliance across our properties. The role involves auditing programs, policies, and practices, and collaborating with on-site and corporate staff to meet regulatory standards.

You will travel as needed, perform data entry into compliance reporting systems, process certifications, and communicate with Local Housing Authority and State Agency staff to support annual audits and

Qualifications

• LIHTC compliance experience and related certification paperwork.
• Experience with HUD, Section 8, 202, and/or 811 programs is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory compliance with housing programs and regulations.
• Coordinate with on-site and corporate staff to meet compliance requirements.
• Perform audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain compliance data in reporting systems and prepare filings.
