Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Compliance Manager to ensure regulatory compliance for LIHTC and HUD programs across on-site properties. You will oversee policies, conduct audits, and train staff on LIHTC, Fair Housing, and related procedures.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of on-site or compliance experience processing LIHTC (Section 42) paperwork.
• Experience with HUD, Section 8, 202, and/or 811 programs is preferred.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

• Work closely with on-site and corporate staff to ensure regulatory compliance with housing programs are met.
• Travel based on business needs.
• Perform audits and implement solutions as needed.
