Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a qualified Community Manager with LIHTC experience to join our team at Utah properties. This role operates under the Regional Manager to support all aspects of community operations and staff supervision.

You will oversee leasing, rent collection, reporting, and retention programs, while ensuring compliance with tax credit requirements. Candidates should have strong English communication and a track record in multi-family property management.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years of onsite Community Manager or Assistant Manager experience.
• Strong knowledge of LIHTC requirements and property operations.
• Excellent customer service and leasing skills.
• Strong English communication and reporting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all community staff and ensure adherence to tax credit requirements.
• Lead leasing standards, customer service, and renewals workflow.
• Prepare lease paperwork and renewal letters; set renewal rates.
• Monitor delinquency, collect charges, and enforce lease terms.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports, budgets, and utility tracking.
• Plan and organize resident activities and retention programs.
• Analyze market rates quarterly and adjust pricing as needed.
• Oversee rent deposits, income tracking, and revenue controls.
