Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a qualified Community Manager with tax credit experience to join our Utah-based team. Under the Regional Manager, you will oversee operations, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with tax credit requirements across our communities.

You will lead leasing, marketing, budgeting, reporting, and resident relations, while driving revenue and occupancy through strong customer service and effective renewal strategies.

Qualifications

• Three years minimum experience as onsite Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager in multi-family housing, hospitality, or similar industry.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred; COS or HCCP designations preferred.
• 1 year LIHTC experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all community associates.
• Ensure property complies with tax credit requirements.
• Support and participate in customer service and leasing standards.
• Respond to resident requests promptly and courteously; provide solutions.
• Direct all marketing efforts.
• Prepare paperwork for new and renewal leases.
• Determine renewal rates and deliver renewal letters to secure renewals.
• Recommend rent adjustments or concessions to increase activity.
• Review resident files and accounting records for delinquencies; communicate with residents and collect on balances.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports and other required reports.
• Organize resident activities and maintain loyalty and retention programs.
• Identify areas for improvement to boost efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
• Quarterly market research to align rental rates and concessions with market conditions.
• Collect, post, and deposit rents and other income daily.
• Lead budgeting, occupancy, and expense management.
