Qualifications

• 1+ year as Community Manager
• 3+ years multifamily property management
• 1+ year LIHTC / Affordable Housing / Tax Credit compliance
• Proven experience managing operations, occupancy, and financial performance

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations to ensure a safe, well-maintained community.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resident satisfaction.
• Drive occupancy goals through leasing and retention strategies.
• Ensure LIHTC compliance and accurate resident documentation.
• Prepare for audits, inspections, and reporting requirements.
• Supervise and develop on-site team members.
