You will oversee leasing, resident satisfaction, financial performance, and compliance with LIHTC and related programs, while building a service-oriented team.

Qualifications

• Leadership, customer service, or sales experience preferred.
• Property management experience is a plus—but not required for the right candidate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organization and time management.
• Comfortable using technology and learning new software.
• Ability to lead with professionalism, accountability, and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing and marketing to maintain high occupancy.
• Deliver an outstanding experience for every prospect from first contact through move-in.
• Monitor budgets, delinquency, and property performance.
• Oversee daily office operations and administrative responsibilities.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
• Oversee applicant eligibility and LIHTC/HUD program requirements.
• Foster a positive, customer-focused team culture.
• Support resident events and community engagement.
