Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a Community Manager.
• 1+ year of LIHTC / Affordable Housing / Tax Credit compliance experience.
• 3+ years of multifamily property management experience.
• Proven experience managing property operations, occupancy, and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations to ensure a safe, welcoming community.
• Drive occupancy goals through effective leasing and retention strategies.
• Ensure LIHTC compliance and maintain accurate resident files and documentation.
• Manage property budgets and financial performance.
• Supervise on-site team and foster accountability and professional growth.
• Maintain vendor relationships and service contracts.
• Build positive relationships with residents and community stakeholders.
