Job summary

Peak Living seeks a qualified Community Manager with LIHTC experience to join our team in the United States. You will oversee day-to-day operations of multifamily communities, supervise staff, ensure LIHTC compliance, and drive leasing, customer service, and resident retention.

Under the Regional Manager, you will manage budgets, reporting, marketing, lease administration, and renewal strategies, while upholding safety and property standards across our portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years onsite Community Manager experience in multi-family housing or similar.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CAM/ARM certification preferred; HCCP COS designations preferred.
• LIHTC experience preferred; valid driver’s license required.
• Must communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all community associates and ensure LIHTC compliance.
• Direct marketing efforts and leasing standards; respond to resident requests promptly.
• Prepare lease paperwork for new and renewal leases; determine renewal rates.
• Collect rents and manage delinquencies; enforce the lease to maximize revenue.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports, move-in/move-out inspections, and budgets.
• Oversee resident activities, newsletters, and retention programs.
• Identify improvements to increase efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
