Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a Community Manager.
• 3+ years of multifamily property management experience.
• 1+ year of LIHTC / Affordable Housing compliance experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with LIHTC and Affordable Housing program requirements.
• Manage property budgets and financial performance.
• Supervise and develop on-site team members.
• Partner with maintenance for timely work order completion.
• Build relationships with residents and resolve concerns.
