Job summary

Peak Living seeks a qualified Community Manager with tax credit experience to join our team. Under Regional Manager oversight, you will supervise staff, ensure LIHTC compliance, and drive leasing, marketing, and resident services.

Responsibilities include approving renewal terms, collecting rents, reporting, and maintaining occupancy targets. You will lead resident events and pursue market-based adjustments in a fast-growing portfolio.

Qualifications

• Three or more years as an onsite Community Manager or Assistant in multi-family housing or similar.
• High school diploma or equivalent; CAM/ARM or LIHTC certifications preferred.
• English communication skills and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all community associates and ensure LIHTC compliance.
• Support customer service and leasing standards; respond promptly to resident requests.
• Direct marketing efforts and prepare lease paperwork for new/renewals.
• Set renewal rates, issue renewal letters, and pursue renewals.
• Review files, collect rents, and enforce leases to maximize revenue.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports and manage delinquency tracking.
• Organize resident activities and loyalty programs; monitor budgeted occupancy and expenses.
• Research market conditions quarterly to align rents and concessions.
