Job summary

Peak Living seeks a qualified Community Manager with LIHTC experience to join our team. Under the Regional Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations of multi-family communities, supervise staff, ensure compliance with tax credit rules, and uphold customer service and leasing standards.

You will direct marketing, prepare new and renewal leases, set renewal rates, collect rents, and monitor delinquencies. Expect reporting duties, budgeting, occupancy control, and resident activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as onsite Community Manager or Assistant Manager.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CAM/ARM certifications preferred; HCCP/COS designations beneficial.
• LIHTC experience is preferred (1 year).
• Valid driver's license and English communication required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all community associates and operations.
• Ensure compliance with tax credit requirements at all times.
• Support customer service and leasing standards; respond to resident requests.
• Direct marketing efforts and leasing activities; prepare lease paperwork.
• Determine renewal rates and deliver renewal letters to secure renewals.
• Review resident files and collect rents; enforce leases and delinencies.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports, 3-day demands, move-in/move-out inspections.
• Manage budgets, occupancy, and expenses; track other income and utilities.
• Organize resident activities, newsletters, and loyalty programs.
• Research market rents quarterly to align with conditions.
• Identify operational improvements to increase efficiency and profitability.
