Royal American Management, Inc, a national property management company, seeks a full-time Community Manager experienced in Tax Credit for an apartment community in Greeneville, TN. You will oversee on-site operations and achieve financial and operational goals.

The role requires multi-skilled leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to read financial statements and trend reports. Candidate must have a valid driver's license and be ready to lead a team with strong guest service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in Property Management with Tax Credit/LIHTC.
• Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook proficiency.
• OnSite Property Management Software a plus.
• Ability to read and analyze financial statements.
• Strong reading of trend reports and budgetary awareness.
• Strategic thinking and accountability.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and trains community associates.
• Evaluates performance and conducts annual reviews.
• Counsels under-performing staff and provides feedback.
• Creates a positive environment for residents and staff.
• Develops marketing and advertising campaigns for leasing.
• Maintains rent collection procedures and inspects units.
• Prepares annual operating budget with Regional Manager.
• Ensures vendor compliance and monitors service requests.
• Inspects property and maintains grounds and amenities.
