Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a qualified Community Manager with tax credit experience to join our team in Sacramento. Under the Regional Manager, you will support community operations and supervise associates while ensuring LIHTC compliance and high-quality customer service.

You will lead leasing, market analysis, renewal processes, and rent collection, while preparing reports and maintaining retention programs. A strong English communicator with relevant certifications is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as onsite Community Manager or Assistant.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• LIHTC experience preferred.
• COS and HCCP designations preferred; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise community associates and ensure tax credit compliance.
• Lead leasing, marketing, and renewal processes.
• Handle rent collection and delinquency management.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports and budget tracking.
• Coordinate resident activities and retention programs.
• Research market rates quarterly to stay competitive.
• Direct maintenance of occupancy, collections, and expenses.
