Job summary

SESC0 Lighting, Inc. is seeking a Specification Sales professional to develop and maintain key accounts in the lighting industry.

This role emphasizes expert service, lighting specification, and building strong relationships with customers across departments to ensure smooth order progression. You will call on customers, aim for 3–5 new sales calls daily, deliver product presentations weekly, and work with management to stay current on lighting products and pricing.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B lighting sales and growth.
• Ability to develop and present lighting specifications for projects.
• Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Call on customers and develop long-term accounts through lighting specification and relationship building.
• Meet or exceed established sales goals, making 3–5 new sales calls per day.
• Maintain profitability by meeting sales goals and managing expenses.
• Make a minimum of 3 proactive product presentations per week.
• Develop rapport and assess customer needs to identify lighting specifications.
• Collaborate with Management and Manufacturing Partners on training and product knowledge.
• Understand order entry, returns, pricing on replacement parts, and project management aspects.
• Sell and close orders; contribute to a team-oriented environment.
• Complete other duties assigned by Manager.
