Job summary

SESC0 Lighting, Inc. is seeking a Specification Sales professional in Fayetteville, AR to develop and maintain ambitious accounts through expert lighting specifications and strong customer relationships.

You will collaborate with management and partners to train on products and provide end-to-end support for projects. The role requires in-depth product knowledge, proactive presentations, and a proven B2B sales track record.

Qualifications

Degree or Lighting Certified (LC) preferred and at least 3 years of lighting industry experience.
Must be computer literate and proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
Experience in B2B sales environment and achieving sales goals/growth.
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

Call on customers and develop long-term accounts through expert service and lighting specification.
Meet or exceed sales goals, making 3–5 new sales calls per day.
Maintain profitability by meeting sales goals and managing expenses.
Make a minimum of 3 proactive product presentations per week.
Develop rapport and identify customer needs to specify lighting for projects.
Collaborate with Management and Manufacturing Partners on training to become lighting experts.
Understand all aspects of customer and sales service including orders, returns, pricing and project management.
