Job summary

SESC O Lighting, Inc. seeks a Specification Sales professional in Tulsa, OK to grow key accounts through lighting specification and expert service. This role emphasizes relationship building and delivering on orders with cross-department collaboration.

You will develop quick rapport, identify project needs, and present lighting solutions while training with management and partners to become a lighting expert. Strong driving record and field mobility are required.

Qualifications

• Degree or Lighting Certified (LC) preferred with at least 3 years in lighting.
• Proficient with AutoCAD, Revit, AGI32 preferred.
• Experience in B2B sales and achieving growth.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to develop customer presentations and present professionally.

Responsibilities

• Call on customers and develop long-term accounts through lighting specification and relationship building.
• Meet or exceed sales goals; make 3–5 new sales calls per day.
• Maintain profitability by meeting sales goals and controlling expenses.
• Make a minimum of 3 proactive product presentations per week.
• Develop quick rapport and identify customer lighting specifications for projects.
• Coordinate with Management and Manufacturing Partners to stay current on lighting products.
• Understand order entry, returns, pricing on parts, and basic project management.
• Demonstrate strong social skills, confidence, and ability to close orders.
• Support teamwork and complete duties assigned by Manager.
