Job summary

SE SCO Lighting, Inc. is seeking a Specification Sales professional to develop and maintain sales relationships with assigned accounts, coordinating with all departments to ensure orders are fulfilled.

You will call on customers, exceed sales goals, deliver lighting specifications, and present products regularly while building long-term partnerships. A degree or Lighting Certified (LC) and 3+ years in lighting preferred; strong software skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Degree or LC preferred with 3+ years in lighting.
• Ability to develop customer presentations and proposals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Familiar with AutoCad, Revit or AGI32 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Call on customers and develop long-term accounts through expert service and lighting specification.
• Meet or exceed sales goals with 3–5 new calls daily.
• Maintain profitability by managing sales and expenses.
• Deliver 3+ product presentations per week.
• Collaborate with Management and Manufacturing Partners on training.
• Understand order entry, pricing, returns, and project management.
