Job summary

Graybar is seeking a marketing leadership role in Illinois to plan, direct, analyze, and coordinate marketing efforts for assigned lighting customer markets. You will evaluate district and branch performance, support national promotions, and recommend stock and inventory strategies to drive improvements.

The role requires strong knowledge of products, sales plans, supplier trends, and proficient use of SAP and Microsoft Office, along with leadership and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales/branch/district marketing management.
• 4-year degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of products, sales and marketing plans, supplier products, industry products and service trends.
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, analyze, and coordinate the marketing of the Company for assigned lighting customer market.
• Evaluate performance of district and branch locations in market area of responsibility.
• Support key Lighting Product Managers in the preparation, implementation, and tracking of national promotions; make recommendations for stock and inventory amounts; facilitate continuous improvement of products and processes.
• Continually evaluate market strategy and plans to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
