Graybar is seeking a Manager – Lighting Business Development to lead marketing of our lighting product and service programs. You will direct planning, analysis, and coordination for the assigned lighting market and support product managers in promotions.

Ideal candidates bring 5 years in sales management or related roles, strong knowledge of products and markets, and proficiency in SAP and MS Office. This position offers comprehensive benefits and incentive opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in sales management, branch management, or district marketing.
• 6+ years of experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of products, sales and marketing plans, supplier products and service trends.
• Ability to develop, implement, and evaluate marketing plans; analyze sales reports.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, analyze, and coordinate marketing for assigned lighting markets.
• Evaluate performance of districts and branches in the market area.
• Support Lighting Product Managers in promotions and inventory planning.
• Evaluate market strategy and adapt to changing conditions.
