Job summary

Graybar is seeking a National Market Manager to lead national product and service programs. You will plan and direct marketing for assigned markets, evaluate district performance, and support national promotions with stock recommendations.

Strong leadership, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration are essential in this fast-paced role. Ideal candidates have 1+ year in sales/marketing management, with 2+ years preferred, and a 4-year degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales management, branch management, or district marketing required.
• 2+ years experience preferred; 4-year degree required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, analyze and coordinate marketing for the assigned customer market.
• Evaluate performance of district and branch locations in the market area of responsibility.
• Support National Product Managers in national promotions planning, implementation and tracking; advise on stock levels.
• Facilitate continuous improvement of products and processes.
• Continuously evaluate market strategy to meet changing conditions.
