We’re looking for a Light Industrial/Skilled Trades Recruiter who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, dig into the talent pool, and help build amazing teams for our clients — all from the comfort of your home.

What You’ll Be Doing

· Hunt down top talent for warehouse, assembly, forklift, production, and skilled trades roles like welders, industrial electricians, and equipment maintenance technicians.

· Build relationships with candidates, clients, trade schools, and community organizations. Networking is our superpower.

· Interview like a pro and create candidate profiles that wow clients and show off each applicant’s skills.

· Partner with a Subject Matter Expert to learn more about versatile skill sets and expand your expertise with specialized, niche positions.

· Coordinate everything from interviews to offers to onboarding — you’re the glue that keeps it all together.

· Stay ahead of the curve by maintaining a strong pipeline of ready-to-go talent.

· Track your progress in the ATS like a champ, because organized = unstoppable.

What Makes You a Rockstar

· 2+ years in recruiting or staffing, preferably in light industrial, skilled trades, or high-volume environments.

· You’re a people person — communication and relationship-building are second nature.

· You love a good challenge and stay cool under pressure.

· Strong attention to detail and time management = your secret weapons.

· Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and familiar with ATS platforms like Bullhorn or SmartSearch.

· You’re adaptable, fast-moving, and always ready to switch gears when priorities shift.
