Base pay range

This position combines strategic sourcing, relationship-building, and data-driven decision-making to enhance talent acquisition outcomes.

Accountabilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand talent needs and provide sourcing advice
• Identify, engage, and pre-screen candidates using creative sourcing methods and tools
• Assist in developing and implementing sourcing and recruitment marketing strategies
• Ensure a professional candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up
• Advance talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring demands through proactive recruitment
• Develop weekly reports and key performance indicators to measure recruiting effectiveness
• Participate in special projects related to talent management and other assigned duties
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting exempt-level positions
• Expert knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Workday ATS preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to build rapport and collaborate at all organizational levels
• Ability to handle confidential matters with tact and urgency
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR-related applications
