Job summary

Woodgrain is seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. You will convert inbound inquiries into sales, overcome objections, and quote prices while preparing sales orders for processing.

Responsibilities include developing strong customer relationships, coordinating delivery timelines, resolving issues, and updating customers on delivery changes. A 2-year degree and 3–5 years of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent is required or preferred.
• 3–5 years' related sales experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to convert inbound inquiries into actual sales.
• Overcome technical and business objections for prospective customers.
• Quote prices and prepare sales orders for orders obtained; make outbound sales calls as planned.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Estimate delivery dates based on product knowledge and schedules.
• Investigate and resolve customer problems, including warranty issues.
• Update customers on any changes to promised delivery dates.
• Enter new customer data and other sales data into the database.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.

Education

Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year College or technical school

Bachelor's degree preferred
