Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound inquiries into actual sales and quotes.
• Overcome objections and promote the building materials program.
• Prepare sales orders and update customers on delivery dates.
• Make outbound sales calls and develop customer relationships.
• Estimate delivery dates based on production and schedules.
• Resolve customer problems and warranty issues and maintain data in the system.
