Job summary

Woodgrain is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support branch sales with a strong focus on customer service and accurate order execution. You will handle inquiries, provide quotes, and ensure timely communication on orders and delivery dates.

The role requires 3-5 years of related experience, an Associate's degree (Bachelor's preferred), and proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. On-site in Albuquerque with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' related experience or training; equivalent combo.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound inquiries into actual sales with customers.
• Provide quotes, promote building materials, and schedule orders.
• Communicate delivery dates and update customers on status.
• Make outbound calls per activity plans and maintain relationships.
• Resolve issues, including warranty scenarios, with customers.
• Enter new data into the company database and follow policies.
