The role requires Hilton experience, a strong track record with P&L, cost controls, and guest satisfaction, and a willingness to lead and develop staff. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive compensation.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3+ years as AGM or GM in a lifestyle hotel.
• Proven track record delivering exceptional guest service.
• Demonstrated ability to meet budgets, understand P&L statements, and control costs.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience developing leadership and hourly staff.

Aufgaben

• Oversee all restaurant, bar, and banquet teams; manage product quality, COGS, and guest satisfaction.
• Own overall F&B operations, including P&L, guest satisfaction, brand quality, budget, and labor.
• Train teammates in brand/company standards to maximize revenue and service culture.
• Maintain compliance with brand, company, and local laws; stay updated on F&B initiatives.
• Maintain relationships with management company, property owners, clients, and guests.
• Ensure health, safety, and security standards are followed; support guest experience across operations.
• Maintain high-quality products and ensure hotel policies and brand standards are followed.
