Job summary

J&P Hospitality Management, LLC is seeking a General Manager to lead daily hotel operations on-site. You will drive sales, optimize revenue, supervise staff, and ensure high GOP performance while upholding brand standards and guest satisfaction.

The GM reports to the Area Manager and oversees 8+ direct reports, with a focus on safety, compliance, and profitable performance. Strong leadership and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of General Manager experience.
• Experience in hospitality, service, restaurants, or retail.
• Proven success driving sales and GOP performance.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and coordinate daily hotel operations.
• Lead sales initiatives to drive revenue and market share.
• oversee staffing, guest service, safety, and compliance.
• partner with Finance and Sales leadership to meet GOP targets.
• train, coach and develop team; ensure accurate payroll and reporting.
• ensures brand standards, guest satisfaction, and compliance with laws.
