Job summary

PM Hotel Group is seeking an experienced General Manager for our Washington, DC property. The GM will oversee all hotel operations, including F&B, drive financial performance, and lead a dynamic leadership team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role is full-time, on-site, exempt and reports to the Regional Director of Operations. A strong financial background and a track record of improving metrics are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in management roles within hospitality.
• Experience leading hotel operations and strong F&B components.
• Proven ability to drive financial performance and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to develop teams and lead through others.

Responsibilities

• Own all hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, engineering, and F&B.
• Lead leadership team to maximize financial performance and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and execute annual budgets and operations plans.
• Communicate direction of initiatives to obtain ownership and results.
• Achieve strong balanced scorecard metrics across revenue, guest experience, and engagement.
• Inspire leaders and colleagues to foster a guest-focused environment.
• Deliver best-in-class service through training, feedback, and incentive programs.
• Monitor market trends and data to inform decisions.
• Create learning opportunities and development plans for direct reports.
