You will manage inquiries, facilitate vendor access, and tailor itineraries to guest preferences. The position requires 5+ years in hospitality, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years in hospitality.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and email.
• Multilingual skills are desirable.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and clarify residents' needs; answer questions and provide directions.
• Manage and screen messages.
• Help residents set up accounts and schedule access for vendors.
• Arrange dining, tours, travel, events, and other services.
• Anticipate services by assessing mood and preferences.
• Organize social events and arrange services.
• Improve services by collecting resident feedback.
• Maintain guest privacy and protect the organization's reputation.
• Update job knowledge through training and networking.
• Accept ownership for new tasks and add value.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe environment.
• Perform other duties as required.
