Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Life Spa Coordinator to operate the telephone system, greet callers, and direct them to the right personnel while maintaining a cheerful demeanor. They will assist the Department Head with filing and various office tasks as needed.

The role involves answering calls, scheduling appointments, explaining Life Spa offerings, and suggesting upgrades. CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire is required, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to lift up to 50

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• CPR and AED certification within 30 days of hire.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and greet callers, scheduling appointments.
• Explain Life Spa products and help guests determine needs.
• Suggest upgrades or add-ons to products and services.
• Complete outgoing confirmation calls, Beautiful Beginning calls, and myLT Bucks calls to schedule appointments.
• Follow safety rules using required devices.
• Assist Department Head with filing and other office duties.
