Job summary

The Life Spa Coordinator at Life Time Inc. handles the front desk phone system, greeting members and directing calls to the right staff while maintaining a cheerful demeanor.

They support the Department Head with filing and office duties and help guests choose Life Spa products and services, booking appointments and suggesting upgrades based on individual needs. This hourly role offers growth and team benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• CPR and AED certification within 30 days of hire.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/sit/walk as needed.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls to greet, schedule appointments, and assist members.
• Explain Life Spa products and services to guests and determine needs.
• Suggest upgrades or add-ons to products and services.
• Complete outgoing confirmation calls and schedule appointments.
• Follow safety rules using required devices.
