Renfro Brands in Winston-Salem, NC seeks an analytical Email & Retention Marketing Strategist to own the lifecycle engine across email and SMS (via Klaviyo). You will maximize customer LTV, boost repeat purchases, and grow engagement for DTC apparel while supporting wholesale channels.

You will audit and scale automated flows, plan campaigns, and collaborate with marketing, creative, and merchandising teams. Strong analytics with Klaviyo, Shopify, and GA4 is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Communications, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.
• 3–5+ years hands-on experience in email and SMS marketing, lifecycle strategy, and retention marketing in a high-growth DTC brand.

Responsabilités

• Own the end-to-end retention and lifecycle roadmap across email and SMS to drive repeat purchases and lift LTV.
• Audit, build, optimize, and scale automated lifecycle journeys in Klaviyo (Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase, Winbacks, etc).
• Plan, schedule, and manage the promotional and product-launch calendar for DTC apparel drops and wholesale campaigns.
• Develop wholesale/B2B email workflows and segment campaigns for partners and trade buyers.
