BRUNT is seeking a Retention Marketing Manager to own lifecycle marketing across Email and SMS. You will build multi-step flows in Klaviyo and Postscript, segment audiences by RFM/LTV, and optimize campaigns for revenue and engagement.

Work closely with creative, analytics, and ecommerce teams to plan, test, and report on performance, while ensuring deliverability and compliance. Position is on-site in North Reading, MA.

Competenze

• 2–3+ years in retention marketing and lifecycle programs.
• Hands-on experience building Email/SMS flows.
• Expertise with Klaviyo and Postscript platforms.
• Comfort with HTML/CSS and Liquid for content personalization.
• Strong Excel skills and data reporting capabilities.
• Experience in customer segmentation (RFM/LTV).
• A/B testing experience and data-driven decision making.
• Analytical mindset with strategic thinking abilities.
• Must be able to commute to North Reading, MA 4x/week.
