• Ability to design and write emails yourself.
• Proactive without needing guidance.

Responsibilities

• Audit Klaviyo setup and suggest improvements.
• Create and own the lifecycle calendar.
• Design and write emails and SMS in-house.
• Report monthly on KPIs and tests.
• Collaborate with creative on campaigns.
• Develop direct mail, loyalty, and referral strategies.
