TMD Staffing is seeking an Email & SMS Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to join our North Houston area operations. You will own Klaviyo campaigns and flows across DuroMax Power Equipment, MaxTool.com and FactoryAuthorizedOutlet.com, focusing on engagement, conversion and retention.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of ecommerce lifecycle experience, is analytical and creative, and comfortable managing day-to-day execution with room to grow into a CRM leadership role.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on ecommerce lifecycle experience.
• Proficient in building campaigns, flows, segments and tests in Klaviyo.
• Analytical and creative mindset to drive engagement and retention.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, multi-brand ecommerce environment.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day execution of lifecycle programs across three ecommerce brands.
• Build and optimize email and SMS flows to improve customer journey from first visit to purchase and post-purchase.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive engagement and revenue.
