Job summary

AutoDS, recently acquired by Fiverr, is hiring a Marketing Operations Manager to own the marketing function end-to-end. You will manage CRM and lifecycle messaging from onboarding through retention, lead go-to-market for new features, and own data integrations across platforms.

You'll work with Product, Data and Support to drive cross-company projects and leverage AI tools to automate reporting and content creation. This is an individual contributor role focusing on optimization and impact.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in marketing with 2+ years owning a CRM/lifecycle program end-to-end

Responsibilities

• Own CRM & lifecycle strategy and execution from onboarding to retention
• Manage segmentation, triggered journeys, personalization and testing roadmap
• Oversee messaging calendar across email, push and SMS
• Ensure deliverability, list health, consent and compliance hygiene
• Lead data integrations and event tracking between platforms
• Drive cross-company projects with Product, Data and Support
• Use AI tools daily to automate reporting and accelerate content creation
